Open Borders Music + Arts Fest is back! Saturday 20th February at the Yorkshire Hotel in Abbotsford, Melbourne. 

Due to Victoria's current COVID-19 restrictions on venue capacity, the art raffle will be online and available to anyone who missed out on a ticket!

All proceeds raised will go directly to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre in Footscray, Melbourne.

Please note, all products featured on the Open Borders website are raffle items.


Raffle Information

~ All proceeds going to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. 
~ $2 ticket = one entry. Buy as many entries as you like!
~ Please note, raffles are for individual artworks. You may enter multiple raffles.
~ Entries close at 8pm on Saturday 20th February 2021.
~ Winners will be randomly selected and announced on Sunday 21st February 2021 via Open Borders Facebook page and email.
~ Winners are responsible for the collection of artworks from the Yorkshire Hotel in Melbourne, or the payment for postage within Australia.
~  Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

1.Information on how to enter the raffle forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. 

2. Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

3. Entry if open to all residents of Australia. 

4. Anyone under the age of 18 is ineligible to purchase raffle tickets. 

5. Entrants must complete their contact details in the section provided in order to purchase a raffle ticket. 

6. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name, a full address and/or telephone number.

7. Monies raised by this raffle will support the work of Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. ABN 64 114 965 815.

8. The purchase of one raffle ticket entitles the entrant to one chance in the relevant artist's raffle draw. All tickets will be the same price: $2

9. Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased. 

10. Raffle tickets can be both purchased online or in person at Open Borders Music + Arts Fest from 1pm - 8pm on Saturday 20 February 2021. 

11. Online raffle purchases include a 2.9% Stripe Merchant Payment Fee which is payable from the total sale price of each entrant online raffle order. 

11. Raffle ticket sales will commence on Sunday 7th February 2021 and conclude on 20th February 2021 at 8pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

12. The draw for the winners will take place on Sunday 21 February 2021 at 11.00am (Australian Eastern Standard Time) at the Yorkshire Stingo Hotel, Abbotsford Melbourne VIC 3067. 

13. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. The first ticket drawn will win the prize.

14. Winners will be notified by email or telephone and via the event's Facebook page as soon as possible after the draw date. Please keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

15. A list of winners will be published at Open Borders Event and Open Borders Facebook Page

17. Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
